We have over 30 years combined experience and although our techs start their day at 7am, we have ongoing training, stocking, and loads of paperwork so please bear with us and limit your calls to the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Although We do attempt to work around your schedule, we service 56 Manufacturers and Outlets throughout the state of South Carolina and each team may process as many as 50 Repairs Weekly. Many times our Techs find themselves working late into the evening and through the weekends. Due to possible Delays and Suprise repairs, we ask your assistance in SCHEDULING your repair appointment between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday through Friday.

There are a lot of low voltage components on a spa that can Can Cause injury to other high voltage components that can possibly injure OCCUPANTS - if improperly installed or modified. We do not recommend changing out the Operating System or entire heater or pump unless the condition of that component is in a poor state and dictates replacement over rebuilding.
